Going to Court

During the life of your claim we will always do our best to ensure that your case settles without the need for a court action. However, on occasion a court action is inevitable. Such cases where an action may be required are: the third party are not willing to accept liability for the accident; the third party are offering compensation which is not reasonable, or the third party are taking an unreasonable amount of time to settle your claim.

If we believe that a court action is necessary we will contact you and inform you of this. We will give you our advice on why a court action is needed and seek your instructions to do so.

If an action is raised we will continue to fund your case in the same way we have been funding it up until that point, whether this be privately or on a ‘no win no fee basis.’
