Vehicle Damage Claims

Claiming Compensation

You are only entitled to claim compensation up to 5 years from the date of your accident after this date you will no longer be able to claim.

Not all accidents will involve personal injury. You may not have been in your vehicle at the time of the collision. If so, you are entitled to claim the cost of repairs and any other losses from the third party insurance company. This would involve having an independent engineer examine your vehicle and estimate your repair costs. We can then seek payment from the third party in order to allow your vehicle to be repaired and recover any other losses such as the need for a hire vehicle.

At Khan Law we are committed to assisting you in claiming compensation for your vehicle damage. For some of our clients this is the first time that they are claiming compensation.
